It is the policy and commitment of the Town of Plainville to ensure that fair and equal housing opportunities are granted to all persons, in all housing opportunities and development activies funded by the Town, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, lawful source of income, familial status, national origin, ancestry, age or mental or physical disability.

If an individual's act results in a person being denied the right to rent, lease or purchase a home, the individual may have committed unlawful discrimination.
